Telecom-class platform scaleable from 4 to 240 ports
The Next-Gen IP IVR supports up to 240 universal VoIP ports handled on a single platform. The server can be easily connected to one or several IP Phones, one or several Soft PBXs, one or several telecom Soft Switches. Ports can be statically or dynamically allocated per application.
Support of VoiceXML applications
Making Internet content and information easily accessible by phone – this is what Voice eXtensible Markup Language it is about. The Next-Gen IP IVR fully supports any VoiceXML 2.0 application thanks to the integrated best-in-class VoiceXML interpreter.
IVR Workgroup
In traditional TDM networks service logic is duplicated in each Service Node. Thanks to its Next-Gen IP architecture, one or several IP IVRs can be configured in workgroup, sharing the service logic located on an application server. The application server can be built-in or located on external web server hosting all VoiceXML applications as well as all voice prompts.
Comprehensive and simple Web administration
The Next-Gen IP IVR has built-in world-class web server allowing to display and change the IVR configuration, download and upload voice prompts and vocal applications, check lines occupation, activate call monitoring and many others. Yes it's real, all the IVR features can be accessed simply from a Web browser.
