Opencode has worked with NMS Communications to integrate NMS SS7, VoIP and 3G-324M Video series hardware in the Opencode ITSP (Open Telecom Services Platform), making it network independent and giving customers the freedom to design applications and services with almost no functional limits. Opencode and NMS have partnered in deploying conventional and next-gen Voice Quality products in the exploding Central and East European market. Bulgarian Academy of Sciences

Opencode has built strong partnership with the Bulgarian Academy of Sciences for industrialization of speech recognition (SR) and text-to-speech (TTS) engines in Bulgarian language. The SR and the TTS engines are integrated in the VoiceXML layer of the Opencode ITSP (Open Telecom Services Platform). The solution has been deployed by the Bulgarian National Social Security in a next-gen IVR for allowing check-up of social security status and other personal information by phone.
